Midvale Estates

Midvale Estates is an all-age manufactured home community in Midvale, Ohio. It is located in a quiet country setting minutes from major thoroughfares. Midvale Estates can also accommodate RVs.

Wyngate Manor

Wyngate Manor is in Brookfield, Ohio and is a 55 and Older Community.

  • Off street parking (2 vehicles). Extra parking area for residents is an option. No fees
  • Renting pet friendly – 2 pet limit (35 lb max per pet). Vet/shot records required yearly. 1 – $50 per month/2 – $75 per month. $250 non-refundable deposit before lease signing.
  • Homeowners – 2 pet limit (35 lb max per pet) – $5.00 extra month per pet. Also require vet/shot records.
  • Lawn care is the responsibility of renter/homeowner
  • Dover School district. Bus pick-up/drop-off in front of park.

Apply Online Only – “APPLY NOW is at the top of the website or the link is supmh.twa.rentmanager.com/applynow (any adult that will living in the home will need to fill an application out) – $35 ea app. We look for at least a 575 credit score, no evictions or bankruptcies. A criminal background check will also be run. The process takes up to 5 business days.
